And when you get your order, you may think that it looks different than what we pictured. If it is not just what you wanted, send it back. We are not interested in you being unhappy. Just send the piece back. All we ask is that you tell us why so that we can correct any problems with our presentation or examine why the product did not otherwise satisfy you.

And to give you time to make that decision, you get a 15 day money back guarantee. Just return the product, to us in the same condition that we shipped it and we will refund the purchase price of the product.
Because an unfortunate amount of fraud on the internet, we are unable to refund taxes, customs or shipping charges.

Return Policy for broken or defective items

If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately or as soon as you received the item with the picture of the item..All items will need a picture so we can forward it to factory or the wholesaler that we are working with.. As we work with many factory and wholesalers you might have to return the item direct to the factory or the wholesaler or the item was ship directly from them.
PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM....We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

If the broken or defective item is over $25.00 your cost, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.

Prior to returning the product, please email us and tell us why you are excercising the guarantee and we will give you an authorization number.
